We have changed how our tickets are handled. here are the three Ticket Priority options.
Critical - You need immediate attention, Jump the queue. [ £3.00 ]
Medium - Urgent! My Website is down or inaccessible.
Normal - Get back to me within 24 hours.
By default [ Normal ] is selected.
If [ Critical ] is selected and the ticket has been submitted, an invoice will automatically generate with the FEE.
Once an agent is assigned, the fee is auto paid, non refundable!
