Once payment has been made, your new service will automatically create within a few minutes. Your welcome email, including your login details, will be sent to you once the account has been set up.
If your hosting hasn't been created or your welcome email hasn't arrived
You should receive your welcome email and cPanel login details within 10 minutes of completing your order. If you haven't, there are a few common reasons:
- The domain name on your order is already in use on another service on our system.
- Your order is being held for manual review.
